ELECTRONIC MONITORING SERVICES:

CHI accepts referrals for Electronic Monitoring Services from the courts, Attorneys, probation offices, and other
Governmental agencies.

The CHI monitoring staff develops and implements individualized monitoring parameters. We compile data on the nature of the offense, court and/or
probation restrictions.

All applicants referred to CHI undergo a detailed application process. We
determine program eligibility and the applicants potential to succeed in our programs.

After completion of the application
process and assessments, outlining program parameters are then submitted to the referring agency.

PROGRAM FEES:

All CHI monitoring services are offender funded, thereby relieving tax payers of the burden of cost.

Financial assessments are conducted on all applicants. All monitoring services are offered on a sliding-scale, ability to pay basis.
